About AHD Imagery
My name is Alexandra Hailey Duarte and I am an sensitive and imaginative person who approaches photography from an individual perspective. I’ve always been interested in the arts, such as drawing, music, and poetry. It was until I pursued my Media Arts degree and took my first photography course that I discovered my passion in photography.
Whether it was a view of the cityscape, or spring flowers in the garden, I found myself looking at how to capture the unique aesthetic of each subject. At the same time, I found a piece of myself in the photos I took, especially in how I took them. I find photography to be a way to further explore and develop my self-expression and I am inspired to share my journey with others. I also try to pay attention to technical aspects such as lighting and composition to best express visually or conceptually my vision for a photo. My goal is to expand my philosophy to the professional sphere of photography and further as a career.
